Support is limited to designated customer personnel (Log-In Users) unless otherwise agreed in the Support Plan.

Customer shall provide a written notice to Identity Solutions in the event there restrictions on whom Identity Solutions may interface with in providing Support Services.

  2. Sign in to the Portal with your email and password (provided via email to designated contacts within your organisation)
  3. Register your request / incident as applicable.
