Rest assured, we maintain back-to-back support agreements with vendors for Level 2 and 3 escalation and code related issues.

1Because vendors often outsource their support operations offshore, clients find it more beneficial to call local Identity Solutions experts. As an experienced solution integrator, we understand customers' specific needs and can quickly and easily answer any technical questions, help with incident resolution, and address upgrade or tuning requirements.

2As your local partner we can provide additional on-site support services. We can enhance the standard vendor support programs by providing additional support to solution components that relate or integrate with your main product and/or application. These additional support services are normally not available with standard vendor support arrangements.

3Clients can combine support and maintenance programs from a variety of vendors under a single support contract with Identity Solutions. Having a single support centre to contact reduces incident resolution times and support costs.
