Senior Application Specialist - Service Desk |

We are looking for a Senior Application Specialist that will take initiative and work as part of a team in growing Business Service Management (BSM) area of Identity Solutions' operations. The person should be ITIL literate and have experience with and understanding of BMC Software product line. The person will provide pre-sales support, implementation and post implementation help for Identity Solutions’ BSM customers, give training to customers and provide technical advice and guidance to Identity Solutions staff.
More specifically, the applicant required to have the following skills, experience and abilities: REQUIREMENTS: - Extensive Knowledge of the BMC Service Desk Express Suite
- Strong Pre-Sales/Design experience
- Strong Implementation experience
- Experience in supporting end user/customer service
- Extensive experience with Windows and virtual environments
- Skills and experience with SQL Sever
- Understanding of multi-tiered application technology
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
- Experience with administration of Active Directory and MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript, JavaScript, etc.) a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent troubleshooting / problem solving skills
- Ability to follow best practices and established business processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to present your technical expertise on solution seminars and trainings
- A positive "can-do" approach to work
- Team focused
- Professional certifications are highly regarded
- Ability to perform tasks in a timely, efficient and effective manner with appropriate attention to details and accuracy
