PrerequisitesFamiliarity with event management in an enterprise environmentFamiliarity with the content of the five ITIL Service Lifecycle Core publications Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V1 or V2) OR A minimum of 12 credits from V1-V2 Practitioner (single or clustered) certifications Note: In order for Practitioner certified individuals to achieve their V3 ITIL Expert certification, they must also complete the ITIL V3 Managing Across the Lifecycle course and successfully pass the exam.
