Target Audience

This Web-based training (WBT) course will give candidates a quick route to an ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate level of knowledge. This course is only intended for existing holders of ITIL® Foundation Certificates from earlier ITIL® versions.

Course Abstract

This course highlights the new topics in ITIL® V3, discusses the main differences from ITIL® V2, and prepares participants to take the ITIL® V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate examination.

IMPORTANT: In addition to the registration for this course, the ITIL® V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate examination requires a separate registration. You must have an ITIL® V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate or an ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate to attend higher levels of ITIL® V3 training.
