Target Audience

This course will give candidates a quick route to an ITIL® V3 Foundation certificate level of knowledge. This course is only intended for existing holders of ITIL Foundation Certificates from earlier ITIL versions. 

Course Abstract

This one-day course highlights the new topics in ITIL V3 and the main differences from ITIL V2. Included in this course is the optional ITIL V3 Foundation Bridge Certification exam, which is administered when the course lecture is complete.
An ITIL V2 Foundation certificate plus the V3 Foundation Bridge Certificate, or a V3 Foundation certificate is a prerequisite to the higher levels of V3.
